


Wanted to map out some of my ideas “design-thinking” style. It was an interesting exercise. Maybe I can use these to identify insights I never thought about before, because, well, I hate revisiting all of this.
I don’t like feeling like “the victim” at all, that makes this really hard, because if I’m being honest, I was a victim in some of these situations.
I like the coping strategies matrix a lot. : )
