A DID friend was having trouble tracking her own parts/alters. So I asked, “Do you want an app for that?” : ) This is WIP – the cool thing is that I recently took an IFS scale questionnaire that was written by a PhD candidate and trauma therapist and thought it was really cool and want to include it in my app design so I emailed her and she responded she was interested. I’ve got a meeting this upcoming weekend to chat with her – super excited actually. I like how my work can always bring me to feeling more grounded. I shared it w/ my friends and it also got them super excited so that really brought me some joy after a tough weekend (I love to spend time w/ the twins but, it’s sort of triggering for me every time).
But I don’t want to talk about emotions – it’s been too painful – so this has been a bright spot in all that turmoil.
